Modern Slavery
Last reviewed: 10 April 2026
This statement is made in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps unhacked Ltd has taken to make sure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chain or in our own business.
About us
unhacked Ltd is a cybersecurity company. We help small and medium-sized businesses set up and maintain good security practices. We operate with a clear sense of responsibility — to our clients, our suppliers, and the wider community.
Our approach
We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to making sure they have no place in our supply chain or in any part of our business. We act with integrity in all our business relationships and aim to have effective controls in place to support this commitment.
Our policies
We review our internal policies regularly to make sure they reflect our commitment to ethical practice. Our approach to procurement and supplier selection is guided by the same values — we work with suppliers who share our standards and treat people fairly.
We encourage anyone — including staff, suppliers, and contractors — to raise concerns. We take all reports seriously and follow up on them.
Due diligence
We take care when choosing suppliers and contractors. We look for organisations that treat their people well and operate transparently. Where relevant, we ask suppliers to confirm their commitment to ethical trading and compliance with anti-slavery legislation.
We are aware that some supply chains carry a higher risk of exploitation — particularly those involving labour, transport, or physical goods produced overseas. Where we source from these areas, we take additional steps to check that suppliers meet our standards.
Training
We make sure that relevant members of our team understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. This forms part of how we bring new people into the business and is reinforced on an ongoing basis.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain is focused on the technology and services needed to run our business and support our clients. We expect all suppliers — whether new or existing — to be treated fairly and to uphold ethical working practices throughout their own operations.
How we measure effectiveness
The Board of Directors takes responsibility for this statement and for making sure the right steps are in place. We review our approach regularly and will act quickly if we become aware of any concerns.
Approval
This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of unhacked Ltd on 10 April 2026 and will be reviewed annually.
